As a Financial Manager at IBAB, you will be a central function in a smaller team where collaboration, engagement, and responsibility are in focus.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance, accounting, and reporting. The role combines strategic and operational responsibilities, where you ensure quality in daily financial work and drive the development of financial processes and working methods.

You will act as a qualified support to the CEO and other functions in the company, as well as prepare decision-making materials for management and the board. An important part of the role is to ensure that financial reporting meets the requirements of both the group and the municipality, as well as that applicable laws, policies, and governing documents are adhered to.

The position is based in Borås, and you report to the CEO.

• Be responsible for ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Drive budget, forecast, and follow-up work, as well as prepare analyses and decision-making materials.
• Ensure financial reporting according to the group's and municipality's requirements, including group financial statements and group reporting.
• Be responsible for liquidity and cash flow planning.
• Work with property economics: investment calculations, follow-up of investments, and support in new, renovation, and extension projects.
• Conduct financial calculations and analyses related to property acquisitions, rental calculations, and follow-up of rental income.
• Handle tax and VAT issues, including property VAT.
• Be the contact person for auditors and collaborate on financial management with Borås Municipality.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governing documents, as well as develop and streamline financial routines.

We see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance (college/university).
• Several years of experience in qualified financial work, about 5 years or more.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and financial follow-up.
• Experience in budget and forecasting work.
• Experience in financial work in real estate companies, preferably within commercial properties.
• Experience working in a group structure is an advantage.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good system proficiency.
